Of course, there are some conflicts from time to time, but it is rare et most of the time, when a contributor attacks one contribution, its author does not take it personally and accepts the criticism or reply with arguments. This is not the case in a lot of places (on the Internet or elsewhere).
• Proposals for structural changes reach usually their goal, although it could take time and interest few contributors.
