Il est recommandé d’utiliser until and including dans un contrat :

• Use of the word “until” a particular date is ambiguous as also is the word “to”. If the date is to be included the phrase “until and including” should be used; alternatively “from date A to date B, both days included”. — (H. Henkin, Drafting Engineering Contracts, 2005)
